Ensure that all information is correct and complete.

Attach Required Documents

Along with the filled form, please attach copies of the following documents:

  • ✅ Birth Certificate
  • ✅ Aadhaar Card (if available)
  • ✅ Passport-size Photographs (3 copies)
  • ✅ Previous School Report Card (if applicable)
  • ✅ Address Proof (Aadhaar/Utility Bill)
  • ✅ ID proof of Mother/Father/Guardian
  • ✅ Transfer Certificate from previous school

Visit the school office during to submit the form and documents.

Interaction / Entrance Test

Attend an interaction session or entrance test as per the grade level.

Fee Payment

Complete the admission formalities by paying the admission fee.
